Dear Sharon,

I’m going to tell you something very important, and I will need you to please trust me on this one. I want to help you make your dreams come true, and I’m going to share with you the secrets to get you there. BELIEVE in yourself. Trust your instincts. Always create from a place deep within. The more it scares you, the better it will be! You are going to fail again and again, and you need to let that fuel your fire. Stop worrying about what others will think. Not everyone has to like you or understand your art. Embrace your crazy ideas because they will nourish your soul and help you to grow. When you are hurting, create more art. It will heal you. Love yourself, and tell self doubt to hit the road. Most importantly, never stop creating.

Sharon Covert resides in Tinton Falls, NJ not too far from her hometown along the Jersey Shore. Brought up with a musical background she taught piano lessons for over 20 years before studying and practicing photography as an art. Sharon has been published in The Hand Magazine, The Long Way Home, Float Magazine, Shadow & Light Magazine, and in The Sun.
